Lo-fi & boggly eyes

I've been struggling through this summer; lots of reasons and causes but no answers yet. And I'm working on something big I can't blog about... I'll be back properly soon, I promise, but here are a few things that have caught my eye this week.

Louise Gray's boggly-eyed jewellery collection for ASOS.

Reading The Easter Parade by Richard 'Revolutionary Road' Yates.

Another great Poke London idea: the 100 Project, which is auctioning off an illustration a day to pay for 100 local kids to study art. I've got my eye on the Pete Fowler, David Shrigley and Steve Price prints.

And got my lo-fi on at a Clerks quoteathon screening at the Prince Charles Cinema - which wasn't even sold out! They've got an Empire Records day coming up (with a special appearance by Rex Manning - er, honest) and silent movies soundtracked by a pianist. So cool. Now all they need is a Reality Bites event with Hey, That's My Bike playing and my Nineties dreams will have come true.
