The magic of the Mercier

What a summer. These kind of endless dog days (I think it's rained in London every day in June so far) would make anyone look grey, even if they weren't the kind of sleeper, like me, that seems to fight their way through to the dawn. Action was needed.

I've never worn foundation (the powdery-pink mask, the orange crust circling the neck...ick) but Laura Mercier's illuminating tinted moisturiser is a whole different species. It's hard to tell from my office's terrible lighting, but this stuff is amazing; I usually look like Lon Chaney but this makes me feel like quite the girl.
